Should I move out now, try to sell, or rent?

Filed bankruptcy earlier this year, signed a reaffirmation agmt 4 my house. Taxes increased & now I can't afford the add'l $700 per mth payments. I'm debating on what to do...whether to try to sell it or possibly rent it.
