Do i have to include or deduct any letter from my name to have gud future and gud luck ?

my name is Archana Singh. this is what i use usually . it is a common practise in famous people to keep changing their name ,as in including letters in their name . i wanted to know if you could help me or suggest me regarding this . my date of birth is 22nd jan 1986 . my name was not kept as on consultation so there can be few loopholes . i dont intend to change my name bt mere letters which would help me in my future prospective . to revamp my personality ,help me in various issues . thanx in advance for the help. looking forward for your response .
