How can I convert recorded audio in .S24 format (nexxtech voice recorder) without using the converter on CD?

I lost the CD that came with the recorder that has a converter to WAV or whatever on it. Now, I can't even open the file to listen to it with any player I tried. I was wondering if there's a converter out there (or at least a player) that can help me convert it to mp3.
