There are some great ideas there, but some are a little unrealistic and may even weaken the team. I mean, making that many changes to the team would cause huge instability and a lack of confidence, and they would also need time to gel. Also, getting the likes of adams and Henry in as staff wouldnt happen, because they all have careers of their own, with Adams being a manager and Henry still playing football. Also, adding more youth into the sqaud isnt what arsenal need at the moment, its more experience. and i dont see how physios can cause injury proness, especially as they are seen as some of the best physios in the game. But Vermaleen should definatly be captain, although captinicy is over-reated, as the natural leaders will rise top and encourage the squad anyway.
